I have purchased and sold over 25 homes in Canada and the USA. During that time, I have worked with many realtors most of whom were good or even great. But never have I had the pleasure of working with a realtor as outstanding as Marnee Williams.

I met Marnee through a mutual friend over a year ago. Since then, we have accomplished the impossible. Many of our or I should say Marnee’s accomplishments have occurred while I was out of the country. She primarily carried the ball by herself. The selling of my White Rock BC home was a complicated nightmare. The home, a unique waterfront view property, was tangled in a legal battle with possession, ownership, and probate issues. She was forced to work with other listing realtors and eventually the buying realtor. Patiently she kept the process moving forward. She staged the suite, did open houses, and brought all the parties together to successfully conclude the sale.
